Job summary

Qualifications

• Textile manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and/or overtime.
• Able to stand, squat and lift 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate yarn preparation equipment for the weaving process.
• Inspect yarn quality and correct defects through visual inspection and procedures.
• Follow proper creeling, splicing, and doffing procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist teammates as needed.
