Job summary

Hydrite is seeking a Production Operator to support shipping and production by safely loading and unloading bulk liquids, coordinating tanker truck movements, and ensuring accurate deliveries.

This hands-on role is based in the truck bay and involves connecting hoses, operating pumps, verifying paperwork, and performing safety and quality checks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years experience preferred in manufacturing industry.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • During the pre-employment process, you will be required to do a drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload tanker trucks with bulk liquid products.
  • Inspect tanker trailers, shipping paperwork, and equipment before loading or unloading.
  • Connect hoses, operate pumps and transfer equipment, and monitor product transfers.
  • Verify products, quantities, and destinations to ensure accurate shipments.
  • Follow established safety, environmental, and quality procedures throughout the loading process.
  • Manufacture and blend liquid products as needed to support production schedules.
  • Complete shipping, receiving, and production documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe truck bay and production area.
  • Participate in safety, environmental, and job-related training programs.
