Job Summary-

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking Production Operators for 1st Shift weekend crew (Friday‑Sunday 5am‑5:30pm) to join our Springboro, OH Facility. This individual will be required to set up and operate automatic or semi‑automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Shift: Friday‑Sunday 5:00am‑5:30pm. Starting pay: $21.50/hr.

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred and 0‑3 years’ experience OR Equivalent. Manufacturing experience preferred
