Job summary

Itape is seeking a Production Operator Trainee to join the Coating or Converting department. You will support daily manufacturing tasks and operate production equipment as directed, ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are met.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and overtime. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided to develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• The following experiences represent the minimum amount of education, training and work experience required:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work any shift, and capable of working weekends and overtime.
