Knowles Valencia is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, multi-area Production Operators to join our team on the night shift. This role is responsible for supporting production operations across several functional areas including cutting, screening, testing, grinding, and assembly. The ideal candidate is a flexible team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to different tasks and shifts in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and tools in designated areas (cutting, screening, testing, grinder, and assembly) following safety and quality standards.
• Perform setup, calibration, and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.
• Follow detailed instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately complete documentation and records related to production processes and quality checks.
• Monitor product quality throughout the process and escalate any issues to supervisors or quality personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with 5S principles.
• Flexibly support multiple areas as required by production demands
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to different functional areas.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with documentation standards.

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The pay rate for this role is targeted at $17.00 per hour + Third Shift Differential.
