Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Metals Operator to produce and inspect products at our Metal Molding location in Menomonie, WI. This role ensures adherence to customer specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The third shift (11pm–7am, Sunday to Thursday) offers indoor climate-controlled work on multiple production lines with on-the-job training and opportunity to contribute to continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to perform quality checks and follow control plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks per the Control Plan (weight, HRC, dimensions, etc).
• Perform secondary operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Pre-plan safety into work activities to improve performance.
• Identify safety concerns proactively.
• Comply with Environmental Management System SOPs/WI and company policies.
• Participate in continual improvement and internal/external customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Perform quality checks per the Control Plan (part weight checks, HRC checks, dimensional checks, etc)
• Perform secondary operations when needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Where applicable, individual is pre-planning safety into work activities to improve performance
• Proactively identifies safety concerns
• Complies with Environmental Management System program SOP’s/WI, Policy & Program elements and encourages responsible use of resources
• Actively participate in continual improvement/innovation, corrective action and internal/external customer satisfaction

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
