Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc in Irvine, CA is seeking a Production Operator for the Formulation department to support the manufacture of Core, Hematology and Diabetes product pools in compliance with GMP processes and procedures. The role involves preparing for production, reviewing schedules, assembling equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment in line with cGMP and SOPs.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to operate lab/test equipment.
• Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery preferred.
• Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Team player, flexible, attentive to detail and quality minded.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Reviews maintenance and/or equipment specific procedures.
• This position is for a first-shift operator (Hours: 7AM to 4:00PM)

Compensation:

The estimated hourly range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
