Job Description

This role is primarily "On-Site" at the specified location unless otherwise stated.

The Production Operator I works on a production line packaging products for distribution.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery independently after training and certification.
  • Follow quality and safety policies, including GMP, QSR/ISO, FDA, OSHA regulations.
  • Work on a production line following written guidelines for each product.
  • Cross-train at other work stations to enable rotation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Promote teamwork to achieve efficiency, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Ensure regular attendance and compliance with all policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in a FDA-regulated manufacturing environment and on a production line preferred.
  • Ability to read, interpret policies, and complete paperwork accurately.
  • Basic math skills and good communication skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and recognize quality standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand or sit for up to 2 hours at a time, with frequent walking and talking.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Good manual dexterity and vision.

Pay rate: $16.88/hour
