Role Overview

Panduit seeks passionate individuals to join as Sr Production Operators. This role involves working with technology equipment, ensuring quality, and embracing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Precision Packaging: Manage packaging, labeling, and cartooning, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  2. Tech Operation: Operate and troubleshoot assembly/production machines, setting up and shutting down equipment as needed.
  3. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections following company standards.
  4. Safety: Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  5. Waste Elimination: Perform daily 5S activities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
  • Quick learner with adaptability.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with measuring tools.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for most of the shift.
