Production Operator - Seasonal - Grandview Area

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements.

Essential Functions
  • Manage daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product safety, quality, and throughput standards are maintained.
  • Complete quality and production reports accurately every hour; perform physical and visual inspections to prevent non-conforming goods; report defects promptly.
  • Follow all safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Adhere to Niagara’s GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all production areas.
  • Ensure adequate raw materials are available to minimize downtime.
  • Work in all assigned production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties as needed.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as needed based on production demands.
