Qualifications

• Must follow work instructions and supervisor directions in English.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices and PPE usage.
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to maintain clean and organized work areas (5S).
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (cleaning, scraping, lifting).
• Ability to identify and report equipment, product, or safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, safe work areas and minimizes material spillage.
• Strives to achieve production and quality goals.
• Assists maintenance when directed by Shift Leader.
• Communicates status of products, equipment, quality between shifts.
• Follows all company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Alerts Shift Leader to problems (equipment, product, personnel).
• Empties process dust collectors and central vacuum systems; ensures environmental compliance.
• Cleans equipment between products to prevent cross-contamination.
