Job summary

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience working in performance-measured environments (efficiency, quality, or safety metrics).

Responsibilities

• Produce products safely while adhering to established quality standards and customer specifications.
• Complete required inspection checks to ensure all products meet customer print requirements prior to shipment.
• Maintain a Quality QPPM score of no more than 400.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum production efficiency rate of 95%.
• Follow established work instructions and production schedules to ensure reliable output.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance to support production schedules and shipments.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
