Job summary

PLA is seeking motivated individuals for an RPC Sorter position in Riverside, MO. You will manually sort RPCs, dunnage airbags, and other materials to meet production goals, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Training is provided, and a weekend shift runs Thursday through Sunday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. We offer daily and weekly pay options, PTO, full medical/dental/vision coverage, an HSA with company contributions, a 401(k) with employer match, flexible benefits, and other

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for 8+ hours daily.
• Manual labor experience preferred.
• Able to squat, bend, twist repeatedly.
• Detail-oriented with RPC sorting accuracy.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Manual Sortation: Sorting RPCs or other material by hand in a neat and orderly fashion according to established criteria.
• Airbag Management: Categorizing inflatable dunnage airbags, ensuring usable bags are organized for reuse, and properly disposing of unusable ones.
• Maintenance: Maintaining a clean work environment by sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.
• Compliance: Following all safety and Propak policies and procedures diligently.
• Team Support: Performing other duties as assigned to improve overall team operations.
