Job summary

Westlake is seeking a production operator assigned to a specific cell on a production shift. You will operate lines, load gaskets, package end products, and inspect for quality while recording measurements and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Language skills: ability to read simple English words and speak basic sentences.
• Mathematical skills: add/subtract, multiply/divide with tens/hundreds, unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines, load gaskets and package end products.
• Visually inspect products for quality and record measurements.
• Follow SPC charts and maintain pipe dimensions with supervision.
• Relieve and assist other operators and work as a team.
• Read SOPs and report equipment malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow housekeeping standards.
