Job summary

TCCI Manufacturing is expanding its Production team in Decatur, IL. The Production Operator will feed raw materials into machines, operate and repair machines as needed, replace parts, and test finished materials for compliance.

We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; prior production operation experience is preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a production operator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow required safety and work procedures.
• Meet deadlines of individual production tasks during shift.
• Report defective products or machinery.
• Feed raw material or parts to automated/semi-automated or hand-operated machines and equipment.
• Install parts in specified relation to each other.
• Stock and set up the assigned workstation according to documents.
• Use hand tools, torque tools, presses, washers, and test stands.
• Inspect parts for defects using instruments and measuring devices as per control plans.
