TCCI Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Support Operator (Level 1) to join our CNC Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in machining while contributing to quality, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.

This is a hands‑on position supporting CNC setup, operation, inspection, and continuous improvement initiatives, with clear development opportunities within the department.

What You’ll Do:

• Support CNC machine setup and operation
• Perform part inspection using gauges and measuring instruments
• Assist with tooling changes and offset adjustments
• Handle raw materials and finished parts efficiently
• Support rework and salvage activities as needed
• Maintain proper coolant levels and machine performance
• Collaborate with Quality Control on inspections
• Package parts to ensure safe delivery
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement projects
• Follow all EHS and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in CNC/machining preferred)
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or CNC experience (3–5 preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Physical & Work Environment:

• Standing for extended periods
