Job summary

Northern Engraving Corporation in Sparta, WI is seeking Production Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will load and unload parts, inspect products for quality, and complete production paperwork while following safety procedures.

Shifts available include 1st and 2nd, and candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift and move parts, and work collaboratively in a team. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• : Follow all shop cards, HF-015 procedures, VSW instructions, and safety guidelines.
• : Operate punch presses and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
• : Load and unload parts and materials from presses and assembly equipment.
• : Use air or suction tools when required.
• : Apply adhesive and assemble components as needed.
• : Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• : Identify and separate defective or nonconforming products.
• : Complete required production paperwork throughout the shift.
• : Maintain a clean and organized work area, including 5S activities.
• : Assist in other production areas as assigned.
