Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities of BPHE according to job function or production processes of assembly, brazing and testing.
• Follow work orders, SOPs and engineering drawings to ensure high quality production which meets customer expectations.
• Obtain advice from qualified person when encountering a problem or unsure about a work order, SOP, drawing of product.
• Complete assigned production activities on time to meet production goals and customer delivery requirements.
• Report any quality uncertainties or materials that fail to meet quality requirements throughout the production process.
• Assist and participate in continuous improvement activities related to production.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Maintain organized work area with 5S practices and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Follow safety rules, PPE usage and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
