Production Operator - Pattern Plating 3rd Shift - 90 Day Increase Eligible

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of engineered systems, RF components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and advanced printed circuit boards (PCBs). We focus on reducing time-to-market for our customers, providing quick-turn manufacturing services.

This position offers a 90-day evaluation period with a potential pay increase based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Operate wet process equipment for PCB processing, including copper plating, solder plating, silver and gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, etching, organic coating, and hot air leveling.
• Maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Load racks carefully into plating tanks, ensuring proper temperature and current.
• Read blueprints and traveler documents to produce and verify products according to specifications.
• Follow workflow dispatch and adapt to schedule changes.
• Report quality issues to supervisors or engineers.
• Assist in chemical process evaluations and perform preventative maintenance.
• Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Accurately complete departmental documentation.
• Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and hazardous waste.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Thorough knowledge of process chemistry.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand throughout shift.
• Effective communication in English.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in wet processing or related chemical environments preferred.
