Production Operator/Packer - Temp to Perm is required for employment in a global manufacturing company located in Kenfig Industrial Estate near Port Talbot.
The initial rate is £12.56 (Level 1 wage rate, approximately £27,499 per annum). Opportunities to move up to higher levels, with corresponding remuneration, are available for the right candidates.
Own transport is required as the site is not near major transport links.
The role involves an average of 42.1 hours per week, working on a rotational day/night shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, 12-hour shifts.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with rotational shifts is advantageous but not essential.
Candidates must be able to start immediately and have the right to work in the UK.
