Job summary

Praxis Technology is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in New York. No prior experience required as we provide on-the-job training to set you up for success in a dynamic production environment.

You will work with titanium parts, operate CNC and CIP equipment, and perform routine inspections while maintaining safety and quality standards. We offer competitive shift differentials, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Use powder titanium to mold parts using various machines and equipment.
• Operate CIPing equipment that compresses powder titanium.
• Operate green machine lathes or manage Agglomeration operations.
• Use CNC machines to trim parts.
• Perform in-process inspections and clean parts prior to inspection.
• Assemble and disassemble tools; maintain records for compliance.
• Maintain production process and escalate issues for resolution.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines and safe production practices are followed.
