Position Responsibilities

This role involves managing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met in compliance with legal and food safety standards.

Essential Functions

• Oversee daily activities of production lines, maintaining safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly; conduct product inspections; report defects.
• Follow safety programs, guidelines, and regulations.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in all production areas.
• Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Work across all assigned production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule based on production needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment.

Compensation & Benefits
