In this role, you will perform various tasks as directed by the department leader, including machine operation, salvage, utility, inspection, packaging, inventory, and other duties. Certification on assigned lines must be obtained and maintained.

This is for B Shift.

Responsibilities

  • Cover operations from Packaging to Setup.
  • Assist with higher-level jobs as needed.
  • Obtain and maintain certification on all operations within one year.
  • Follow all safety, quality policies, and standards, including lockout procedures.
  • Shift between different job functions as required.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Cover absences as assigned.
  • Perform SAP/OEE transactions and inspections.
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with automatic assembly equipment and inspection.
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with continuous development mindset.
  • Ability to be certified on all department operations within one year.
