Position Summary

Production Operators assist team members by operating, cleaning, preparing, repairing, and monitoring production equipment used to process bulk powder compounds. They handle bulk materials, record observations, monitor parameters, and support process improvements. This position is for the night shift, 4 pm - 4 am, Monday through Thursday, with 8 hours of overtime guaranteed weekly.

Essential Functions

• Process bulk materials using various equipment per customer specifications
• Monitor process parameters as per work orders
• Read and understand project documentation and checklists for setup and operation
• Maintain a clean worksite to ensure safety and compliance
• Clean and maintain processing equipment per SOPs
• Assist with re-assembly of equipment for reuse
• Complete inventory, safety, and quality documentation
• Participate in departmental initiatives like inventory counts and clean-up
