Production Operator (Night Shift)

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring the shift meets safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all legal and food safety requirements.

Essential Functions

1. Manage daily activities of production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput standards are met.
2. Complete quality and production reports hourly; perform visual inspections; report defects.
3. Follow safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
4. Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
5. Maintain cleanliness in all production areas.
6. Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
7. Work in all production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties.
8. Maintain regular attendance.
9. Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule as required.
