Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months continuous employment in the last 18 months.
• Must be willing and able to work 8–12 hour shifts standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Accurately scale and measure ingredients using scales.
• Condense partial pallets of ingredients daily.
• Program liquid and dry bulk systems for the mixer.
• Set up mixing platform with pre-scales.
• Read batch tickets and follow mixing instructions.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment.
• Complete production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, compliant workplace and safety record.
• Be willing to cross-train on other machines.
• Load and unload materials with a forklift.
• Follow verbal and written instructions; adhere to GMPs.
