Job description

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
  • Operate production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to meet product and quality specifications.
  • Record production data and results accurately.
  • Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment.
  • Participate actively in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as directed by supervision.
  • Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments where applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety and housekeeping rules.
  • Willingness to learn equipment operation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
  • Basic maintenance skills and familiarity with common hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife).
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Rate of pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
