Job summary

embecta is hiring a Production Operator at the Holdrege, Nebraska facility. You’ll support the manufacturing process for insulin delivery syringes, following 12-hour day shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Focus on quality, safety, and teamwork as you work across molding, assembly, packaging or warehouse roles. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of equipment experience, and a detail-oriented, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and attention to detail in quality checks.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software like Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, organized and safety-focused with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding, assembly, packaging or warehouse equipment and setup as needed.
• Inspect products and perform in-process checks to meet quality standards.
• Complete inspection and quality documentation accurately.
• Move raw materials and finished products as required within the facility.
• Maintain safe operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
