Production Operator - Manufacturing, Life Sciences; 2nd Shift

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

We are seeking a Production Operator for our Manufacturing, Life Sciences division in Williamsburg, MI. The position offers a pay rate of $18.00/hr. and operates on the 2nd shift schedule.

Production Operators are responsible for working safely while following SOPs, quality standards, and PPE requirements to produce parts to customer specifications.

  1. Safely operate finishing (assembly & packaging) equipment and tools with limited supervision.
  2. Follow pertinent SOP and MOP guidelines, inspect products, and complete paperwork with limited supervision.
  3. Maintain good eye/hand coordination.
  4. Perform basic machine operations.
  5. Pay attention to detail and demonstrate a good work ethic.
  6. Interpret requirements and information from production paperwork, job sheets, and batch records.
  7. Understand basic mathematics.
  8. Proficiently use measurement equipment.
  9. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  10. Operate, on-the-job train, and troubleshoot processes/equipment in assembly and packaging areas.
  11. Support site goals and initiatives.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

Pay: $18.00/hour
