This is for 3rd shift (Sunday night - Friday morning, 10:15pm - 6:45am)

Role Overview:


In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment to meet expected production rates. Responsibilities include operating molding presses, inspecting parts, packaging and labeling, washing parts, and tending the oven room. You will work closely with QC inspectors and communicate any issues regarding part and process quality. Collaboration with the Manufacturing Technician team, Maintenance team, and Production Leads is essential to ensure consistent and efficient operation of equipment to meet safety, quality, and production goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate molding equipment safely and efficiently by following documented procedures, maintaining a clean work area up to 5S standards.
  • Communicate problems effectively to QC and technical resources to ensure quality production.
  • Maintain good documentation practices, including filling out forms for product traceability.
  • Use Factivity software for managing part production, real-time labor tracking, job tracking, and machine monitoring.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and leads.

Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications and Physical Demands:


  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift 25 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull objects weighing up to 40 lbs. for 8-12 hours during the shift.
