Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking motivated Scalers to join its innovative, highly automated bakery. The role includes scaling minor ingredients, maintaining GMPs, and keeping a clean, organized work area in a 12-hour night shift (6pm–6am).

You will input data into the ERP system and support production across shifts, with onsite equipment like Gemini and Peerless mixers. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with potential increases after review.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent math and comprehension skills.
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English to ensure safety, coaching and training.
• Capable of inputting and retrieving required information from a computer.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Be able to walk and/or stand for an entire 12-hour shift based on your schedule.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

CraftMark Bakery is an innovative and highly automated commercial bakery that is looking for TOP TALENT to join a growing company! Our state-of-the-art bakery has a temperature-controlled environment, a GREAT culture and we set a new standard for quality and food safety, while providing real value and to our customers.

Scalers currentlyenjoy an outstanding starting wage of $19.00 per hour and can go up after your review.. The Production Operator is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process. This includes scaling minor ingredients for current or upcoming production runs. Additionally, Scalers are required to keep their area clean and organized and follow sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP). Must be flexible to learn job assignments throughout production. We have 12-hour work schedules for nights (6pm-6am)

• Push, pull, bend, reach as needed during the shift (repetitive motion tasks).
• Able to perform cleaning/sanitation tasks using water/chemicals, cleaning tools, moving equipment pieces to the sanitation room, etc.
• Working in cooler environments between 40 to 70 degrees F

Preferred

• Two (2) years production experience, preferably in food manufacturing
• Experience operating PLC controlled equipment
• Prior experience operating Gemini machine
• Prior experience operating Peerless or Scheffer Mixers
