You will operate equipment, perform hand soldering, collect quality data, and assist with maintenance while following established quality standards and ISO 9000 procedures. Pay is $23/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in electronics, optoelectronics, microelectronics, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard office software.

Production Operator | H.B. Fuller Position Overview

The Production Operator supports advanced electronics manufacturing, packaging, and assembly processes to deliver high-quality products and services. This role performs assembly, testing, data collection, equipment operation, and basic maintenance activities while following established quality standards. The position contributes to continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and on-time project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate assembly, testing, and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.

• Experience troubleshooting production issues and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $23/hr per hour.
