Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a production associate to perform day-to-day operations on the production floor, including machine operation, packaging, materials handling, and shipping as needed. The role requires following GMPs, maintaining batch records, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related production experience and familiarity with forklift operation and equipment used in food/chemical/drug manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related production experience.
• Experience with food, chemical, or drug manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Understands Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience in operation of a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Computer skills and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line and perform packaging and batching tasks.
• Assist in production preparation and adherence to SOPs and QC procedures.
• Monitor operations and material availability; ensure logs and batch records are maintained.
• Interacts with PLC/PC applications to operate the line and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment.
