You will verify materials, operate mixers, load and package products, and record data for traceability while ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards are met. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in manufacturing, with basic English communication and proficiency in Office apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or 2+ years as a Production Operator I.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and production instructions.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work assigned shifts and authorization to work in the location of employment.
• Experience with chemical mixing and packaging processes is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials, labels, weights, and batch information before production.
• Operate mixers and follow documented production procedures.
• Load materials, collect samples, unload, and package finished products.
• Record production data to maintain traceability and compliance.
• Conduct initial product checks and report specification deviations.
• Package products according to established quality standards.
• Maintain clean equipment and work areas.
• Follow EHS, quality, and operating procedures; report safety concerns.
