Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator II to support the manufacturing of technical ceramics/metals on multiple shifts in Arkansas. You will operate and adjust complex equipment, inspect parts, and transfer items through processes while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic measurement skills, and the ability to read blueprints. A high school diploma is preferred and CoorsTek provides comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple complex production equipment per work orders.
• Make machine adjustments and contact appropriate personnel as needed.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality meets specs and take corrective action.
