Stored Energy Systems in Longmont, CO is seeking a Production Operator II for the 1st shift. You will assemble products per specifications, test components, and collaborate with engineering to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2+ years in assembly, ability to read drawings, and strong problem-solving skills. Expect standing most of the shift and lifting 60–80 lbs while contributing to continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an assembly role.
• Understanding of Lean principles and 5S.
• Fluent English communication.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes and product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine assembly procedures and implement best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Mentor and train junior assemblers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
