What You Will Do:

- Operate and tend machines that perform packaging functions, including assembly and downstream packaging automation equipment.
- Start machines and monitor operation to detect malfunctions; stop machines and report issues to technicians or supervisors.
- Clear alarms, runner jams, sensors, leak detectors.
- Stage packaging materials or WIP components; ensure quality of finished products; stamp and pack on automation equipment.
- Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to assess product quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow and communicate all plant health, safety, and quality guidelines, including GMP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Safety and Cleanliness:
- Adhere to safety policies.
- Keep work area clean and report unsafe conditions.
- Wear PPE such as uniforms, gloves, hairnets.

Are You?
- High School or Vo-Tech School graduate
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience as a production operator
- Additional education in related vo-tech, operations, or manufacturing
- Experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments
Do You Have:
- Ability to log into DELMIAWorks and enter production data
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow instructions in various formats
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use measuring devices like comparators and gauges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good judgment and efficiency
- Effective communication with team, customers, and auditors
- Ability to read, write, and understand job-related information
Physical Work:
- Stand for most of the shift
- Use hands and fingers for handling and feeling; reach, stoop, crouch, bend, twist; occasional sitting
- Lift/move up to 10 pounds; heavier items with assistance
Experience in manufacturing is a plus!
