Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment. This role is responsible for material preparation, equipment operation, product packaging, and adherence to established procedures. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a global company that connects innovation with customer success across diverse industries.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Operate production equipment following work instructions.
  • Monitor equipment performance and process rates.
  • Perform initial product testing and release checks.
  • Verify labels and packaging materials for accuracy.
  • Package finished products according to quality standards.
  • Follow quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and support team objectives.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting materials with assistance.
Preferred Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Experience operating production or processing equipment.
  • Familiarity with quality, safety, and operational procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
