Position: Production Operator I

The Production Operator I contributes to the team by operating automated equipment, diagnosing machinery issues, assisting in maintenance, and maintaining sanitation standards. The role also involves ensuring a safe work environment and mastering enterprise software for data management, impacting production and quality.

Starting pay is $19.75 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following work schedules and adhering to company policies
2. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
3. Operating specific machinery as assigned, such as pan machines, dividers, moulders, or coating/prep controls
4. Ensuring product safety, legality, and quality

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of related experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and technical certification or equivalent military/technical training. Completion of the AIB “Science of Baking” course is a plus.
