Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Production Worker I for 1st Shift in the GP Dept #3721. This role performs manual and machine operation of various production equipment, including filling, packaging, labeling, and inspection to ensure product quality.

You will monitor processes, read scales for material weights, document units and labor hours, and keep work areas clean and safe. The position requires a High School Diploma (GED acceptable) and up to 6 months of production experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong basic math and measurement skills.
• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy.
• May cross-train to other duties within the department.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including filling, labeling, packaging and inspection.
• Monitor and ensure product quality and maintain clean work areas.
• Read scales to weigh raw materials and finished products.
• Record production units and labor hours accurately.
• Follow safety, GMP, SOP and PPE procedures.
