Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking an Assembler I to join our manufacturing team, assembling finished dental products per SOPs and quality standards. You will check inventories, operate power tools, document production data, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a regulated setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong verbal/written communication to collaborate with teammates and cross-train across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Interpersonal skills to include customer-focused orientation with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and/or drawings to determine required assembly finish on product, pack, and any special options to completion.
• Check and maintain accurate inventory of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners to complete production orders.
• Operate power and hand tools to complete assigned tasks and operate controls and safety stops on machines.
• Maintain a clean work environment aligned with Company standards and follow safety policies, wearing PPE as required.
• Complete documentation and production reporting following Company and Quality guidelines.
