Job summary

Greene, Tweed in Selma, Texas is seeking a Production Operator I to perform a mix of molding, baking, and finishing tasks in a clean room environment. You will load ovens, operate mills, extruders, and presses to manufacture preforms, and ensure quality through final inspection with gauges and micrometers.

You’ll follow work instructions and SOPs, record data in the GT data collection system, maintain a safe, organized workplace, and rotate through at least two operations to support annual

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand, and perform work per instructions.
• Familiarity with SAP (or comparable system) and basic computer skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate molds, ovens, mills, extruders, and presses to manufacture preforms and parts.
• Set up and finish trim parts; perform final inspection with gauges and micrometers.
• Record data on the GT data collection system and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe production environment and rotate through at least two operations for certification.
