Job summary

Tellus Products, LLC is a leading packaging manufacturer seeking a Production Facility Supporter to join the molding facility team. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and focuses on keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe to ensure smooth production flows.

Key duties include cleaning, sweeping, and performing manual labor as needed, while adhering to health and safety rules. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented and capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be flexible, reliable and well organized.
• Have personal integrity and the drive to do what is best.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Work and disciplinary record will be considered.
• Good verbal, reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Physically able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: sitting, walking, climbing, kneeling, lifting, reaching and pulling.
• Must be able to frequently lift 25 to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 11 hours per shift.
• Must be able to walk upstairs a minimum of 3 steps.
• This position requires the flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, as needed based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep and provide any manual labor required.
• Keep all work areas safe, accessible and organized.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and identifies hazards that may arise.
• Follow all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Any other tasks required from time to time may be assigned.
