Greene, Tweed is seeking a Production Operator I for a clean room environment in Texas. You will handle molds, operate mills/extruders/presses, load ovens, and perform inspections to ensure high quality. You’ll follow SOPs, record data, and rotate tasks to maintain certifications.

The role requires a high school diploma, teamwork, ability to read/write instructions, and familiarity with SAP. A strong work ethic and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, understand and perform work per instructions.
• Ability to operate equipment, perform process steps, prepare materials, and inspect product during manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Store, retrieve, assemble, and clean molds.
• Load and unload ovens.
• Operate mill and extruders to manufacture preforms.
• Operate presses, de-flash and inspect parts to ensure quality.
• Set up and finish trim parts.
• Final inspection of parts using gauges and measurement tools.
• Record information on GT data collection system.
