Job summary

ABB on-site in Indiana seeks an Assembly Worker to support production targets by following procedures and interpreting technical diagrams for assembling products. You will operate machinery, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe work area across shifts.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading work instructions, and willingness to cross-train and rotate tasks within the facility. This is an onsite manufacturing position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months manufacturing experience or 12 months of training plus experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push carts exceeding 300 lbs.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-finished or final products/systems/panels and assist with packaging.
• Operate machines or support multiple machines on the shop floor.
• Perform regular quality testing as part of the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
