Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. in Wahpeton, ND is seeking a Production Worker 1 to operate machinery, assemble products and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with basic mechanical skills and the ability to learn new processes. No prior experience required, but manufacturing exposure is nice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assembly: Assemble products or components accurately and efficiently, following detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and use PPE.
• Documentation: Complete all required paperwork and computer entries accurately and on time.
• 5S Implementation: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to the principles of 5S.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and suggest improvements.
