Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a Production Operator I to support manufacturing operations by operating process equipment, following established procedures, and helping ensure safety and product quality. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, data collection, and teamwork within production teams.

You will monitor performance, collect samples, adjust conditions within approved limits, and collaborate with the production team to maintain reliable operations and timely

Qualifications

Ability to read batch sheets, procedures, and instructions.
Forklift and/or pallet jack operation ability.
Basic mechanical aptitude for cleaning/teardown.
Accurate data collection and sampling for quality checks.
Ability to follow safety rules and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment per procedures.
Adjust conditions within limits to maintain performance and quality.
Collect data, follow batch-sheet instructions, obtain samples.
Identify and report issues with equipment, process or safety.
Operate forklifts, assist in cleaning and teardown, support team work.
