Job summary

Airgas, Inc. in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Production Operator I for the 3rd shift to support acetylene production and filling operations. You will load and unload cylinders, visually inspect and sort cylinders, and maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires the ability to work independently or in a team, with forklift experience and willingness to work 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. overtime available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Production Operator I - 3rd Shift (Open)

Location: Tualatin, OR - SW Teton Ave - Acetylene production & filling

• Shift: 3rd Shift - 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. w/ overtime available

You will be an integral part of the operations team, loading and unloading the trucks that go out to our clients - Hospitals, Research Facilities, Semiconductor, and more! You'll also visually inspect, sort, and organize cylinders to be filled, and continuously promote a culture of safety. • Properly pull and stage cylinders for filling.
• Load and unload all assigned company vehicles daily.
• Assist in removal of full cylinders from the fill area.
• Promote safety and all other company policies at all times.
• Equipment used: Forklift
• All required PPE (including boots and uniform) are provided!

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Must be able to work in a drug free workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certified
