Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring an Acetylene Production Operator for the 2nd shift in Tualatin, OR. You will load and unload our fleet, visually inspect and organize cylinders for filling, and support safe, efficient acetylene production operations.

We offer a shift that runs 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with a $22.50 hourly base plus $1.00 shift differential, plus a bonus opportunity up to $625 per month, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Must be able to work in a drug free workplace.
  • Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Carefully prepare and organize cylinders for filling.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of our fleet of company vehicles daily.
  • Support the team in the removal of full cylinders from the fill area.
  • Foster a culture of safety and uphold our shared company guidelines at all times.
