BASIC FUNCTIONS
  • Manually compound, filter, and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates.
  • Move finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Compounding of liquid flavors and/or intermediates.
  • Filtering of liquid compounded batches.
  • Filling liquid finished goods for shipment.
  • Movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse.
  • Work is executed within the department's quality expectations.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6 months' experience after completion of core department-specific training.
  • No current written warnings for attendance.
  • No recent warnings for safety issues.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills and fosters positive team relationships.
  • Adheres to standard site promotion qualifications.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Compliance with Givaudan's Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs, and applicable regulations.
  • Fork truck certification required.
